Furcate runs on the silicon you're already deploying — and the silicon you'll deploy next. Validated targets cover Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, Hailo, Coral, ESP32, Arduino, RP2350, ARM Cortex-A and -M, x86. Custom OEM boards are first-class — bring the BSP and we'll port the runtime to it.

Tier 1 — high-performance edge SBCs

NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super (67 TOPS, $249, 7-25 W), Jetson Orin NX / AGX Orin (100-275 TOPS, industrial-grade), Pi 5 + Hailo-10H AI HAT+ 2 (40 TOPS INT4, 2.5 W, $130 — runs 2B-param LLMs at ~10 tok/s). The class for edge LLM / VLM inference, agentic workloads, and dense computer vision.

Tier 2 — general-purpose SBCs

Raspberry Pi 5 / 4 / Compute Module 4 / 5, BeagleBone AI / BeagleY-AI, Radxa ROCK / Banana Pi (RK3588 with NPU). The workhorse class for residential, kiosks, mid-range industrial gateways. Pair with Coral M.2 (4 TOPS, 2 W) or Hailo-8 (26 TOPS, M.2 / mini-PCIe) for accelerated vision.

Hardware abstraction layer

Furcate detects silicon at boot via OS hwid + accelerator probes. Routes inference automatically: TensorRT on Jetson, Pixtral on Hailo, OpenVINO on Movidius, LiteRT on Coral, TFLM on microcontrollers. Operators write one application; the platform places it on the right hardware in the fleet.

OEM integration & branded firmware

OEM-ready firmware images for Pi CM4/CM5, Jetson Orin NX module, ESP32 family, custom ARM/RISC-V boards. White-label OTA channels under the OEM's brand. Long-term support contracts for regulated and industrial customers. Reference carrier-board designs available on request.

Sovereign hardware patterns

TPM 2.0 + TEE on every supported board. Secure-boot chains validated end-to-end. Air-gapped operation supported on Tier 4 (NVIDIA IGX Thor, Azure Local, Crusoe Edge). Customer-owned PKI for device identity. Hardware-rooted attestation as a precondition for OTA enrolment, firmware update, and FL participation.
